To view your calendar, click on the Scheduling menu in the top bar and choose Go To Scheduling. The main calendar pane will take up the main part of the page, flanked on the left by two additional calendar blocks: a monthly calendar and your calendar options.
The Calendar Options block lets you customize your calendar pane view by time interval and by user. It also lets you save a default view:
1. Calendar View Settings:
If you have multiple locations set up, you will see the option to view every user that has an appointment scheduled for either of the locations. If you don't have multiple locations, you will see the option to view every user who has an appointment scheduled for that that day. You can then save the view as a new profile which you can name, or just to save the current view as your default.
2. Users or Resources
To add or subtract a user's (or resource's) calendar to view, check or uncheck the desired name in the main body of the Calendar Options block.
3. Time Increments
You can select the increments you'd like to view the calendar in:
4. Day / Week /Month
The Day, Week, and Month tabs on the right side of the Calendar Options block allow you to change your calendar view between the three options with a click.
Save your settings. - click the floppy disk icon to save your settings for your user.
Navigating through Time
To access the schedule in the future or past, use the monthly calendar block at the top left of the screen to navigate to your preferred date. The double arrows on each side of the month name will move you backwards or forwards in time. In addition, the year dates at the bottom of the pane will jump you to the year you select. Clicking the “Today” button will bring you back to the current month and day.
Once you have selected the time period you would like to review, click the desired date within the monthly calendar to view it in the main calendar pane.
Printing the Daily Calendar
If you would like to print the calendar, once you have the calendar up for the date you would like to print make sure you are viewing all schedules you would like to view and print, press the CTR key + P key and the calendar will print out.

In addition to syncing your calendar to an external device or calendar, you can also export your calendar in CSV (Excel) format.
From the top menu go to Scheduling > Calendar Report(s). You can set the date-range you're interested, the providers/rooms you want to include on the export, and also filter by appointment-type or status:
Note that if you open this report from a patient's chart you'll have the option of only downloading appointments for that patient. Also, if you're trying to audit deleted schedule items you can check the box in the bottom right corner before pressing the Download Report button.
