The My Account Details page is where you can:

  • View and update your basic contact information (but not "core" information like your name, date of birth, and email address - to update any information not shown on the My Account Details page, call your provider's office or send them a secure message with the updates needed. 
  • Add a photo
  • View and update your insurance information

Information that you have added or edited in the contact or insurance information section is initially shown in orange, pending review by your provider's office. Once the information is reviewed and accepted, it will appear in black.

Note that each section is saved separately and saving refreshes the page - to avoid losing your work, please click the Save Account Details button to save your Basic Contact Information before moving on to the Insurance Details (or vice versa).
