If you see the error message:
The message was safely sent, but the patient could not be notified by email due to a server-side sending error. Please contact your administrator if you notice this message occurring frequently. In the meantime, please email them from your personal email address to inform them that they have a new message in the portal to pick up.
This generally indicates that the patient's email address is invalid or that their mail server has been rejecting emails coming from your EMR build.
If you have verified that the patient's email address is correct and it continues to occur, that means that their mail server has been rejecting our emails and our mail server no longer sends to that email address in order to avoid having the whole domain blacklisted as SPAM. So, if you are certain that the email address is correct, have the patient to white-list *.md-hq.com, and then let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can have emails start sending again to that address.
